One point of clarification before I begin: I'm not saying this is a four star restaurant - I'm saying this is a four star Cosi! This Cosi has a lot of seating. Much more than I've seen in the city. It's also very clean (even the bathrooms). The raspberry mojito lemonade I had was delicious, and the salad came out exactly as described. This particular Cosi makes you forget it's a chain. Nice choice for lunch!

We didn't even eat here, wouldn't even if I was paid. Boyfriend and I got California Tortilla and were using Cosi's benches and then the manager rudely yelled at us to stop using their benches..unacceptable

Crusty hard bread :-( so disappointed because it's not consistent with the other cosi's that I've been to. Other than that, it is a very clean place.

Sorry - but I loathe Cosi. Yes, it's clean and comfortable to sit here - but the food and that bread are just awful. The bread turns to rock after about 90 minutes of exposure to air, and after I eat it my stomach is truly upset. Service is teen-age "meh" here. 4 stars for cleanliness and big comfy chairs. Zero stars for awful food. A waste of $8.00.

Nice place if you're looking for a quick lunch... sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups, etc. My family and I were in town for a wedding and we were starving. This place saved us and definitely hit the spot.

A lovely chain-meal-expereince. The service was fine.. the food was fine... I got the 1/2 TBM melt and a lentil soup. I was surprised to learn that the lentil soup had all sorts of curry in it. Moroccan lentil soup or something? I loved it... but my boyfriend almost got lentil soup too and he's not so much a curry fan... bottom line- Cosi is always fine for a quick, tasty bite.

Received the worst service I've gotten in a long time. Employees were puttering around completely ignoring the line of customers (including myself) that was quickly growing, and when I said "hey!" to a girl to get her attention, she completely ignored me and spoke to another customer that had approached-- maybe for a refill? Either way, I left. I felt like I was a bother and that I was inconveniencing the girl by waiting ten minutes more in that line than I would have had to if they had been freaking paying attention.

Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and coffee on drive back to Philadelphia. Better then most fast food breakfast. Clean, nice spot on the road. Coffee was great.

Cosi seems like a nice enough place. It was very clean and service was prompt and friendly. 3 stars because I've never really enjoyed the food here. The lemonade mojito is pretty tasty, but all the sandwiches I've had are very salty and otherwise kinda tasteless. The food is inexpensive, but if I go here again I'll probably pick a salad over a sandwich.

Average at best. The club sandwich is ok, the dried out baby carrots in a little plastic bag for kids is a negative.

A Cosi is a Cosi...and a BTM is a BTM. BUT- please do not give me tomatoes that are cut poorly (and the stem part not cut out.) Otherwise, carry on with making delish chain food. TAKE HEED: during the week this joint gets pretty busy during lunch time- in busy little business park/shopping center. Not tooooo bad but not the place to stop it you're in a rush.

As always, I am a Cosi person so love their food. They gave out lots of free, delicious bread samples that made my day. Healthy lunch/dinner option.

The food in this Cosi is very good-but take it to go. More than once the place is filled with kids running around while parents ignore them. Poor acoustics make it worse. Don't plan to have a relaxing meal or productive meeting.
